Add 1 Cup Toor Dal , 2 Tomato and 3 Cup Water to Pressure Cooker
Off the Pressure Cooker after 1 Whistle
Blend Dal and Boiled Tomato.
Squeeze 3 cup of water with Kokam
Add Kokam Juice to Blended Dal
Let it Boil for 10 Min
Add ½ Tbsp Jaggery to boiling Dal Mix
Add 2½ Tbsp Rasam Powder ( Gowda Kitchen Special ) Let it Boil for 10 Min
Add 1 Tbsp of Salt
Prepare Tadka * Heat 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil * Add Mustard Seeds * Curry Leaves * Hing * Add Dry Red Chilli Add Tadka to Rasam and Garnish with Coriander Leaves
