Ingredients
- 250 gms Byadagi Chilli / Kashmiri Chilli
- 250 gms Dhanya Seeds
- 50 gms Methi
- 50 gms Black Pepper
- 50 gms Jeera
- 25 pcs Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Hingu
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 5 tbsp Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Dry Roast Methi first and Keep it aside
- Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and fry Pepper and Jeera for 5-8 min in low flame and keep it aside
- Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and fry Dhanya Seeds and keep it aside
- Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and fry Byadagi Chilli and keep it aside
- Add all fried items again to pan and add Mustard , Hing , Curry Leaves and Turmeric
