Ingredients

  • 250 gms Byadagi Chilli / Kashmiri Chilli
  • 250 gms Dhanya Seeds
  • 50 gms Methi
  • 50 gms Black Pepper
  • 50 gms Jeera
  • 25 pcs Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Hingu
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 5 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Dry Roast Methi first and Keep it aside
  • Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and fry Pepper and Jeera for 5-8 min in low flame and keep it aside
  • Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and fry Dhanya Seeds and keep it aside
  • Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and fry Byadagi Chilli and keep it aside
  • Add all fried items again to pan and add Mustard , Hing , Curry Leaves and Turmeric
