• Ingredients:
  • 3 Cup Bread Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Instant Yeast
  • 1/2 Water
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fine Semolina
  • White / Black Sesame Seeds
  1. Directions:
  2. In a small bowl mix warm milk, Sugar, yeast and leave for 15 min it activate yeast
  3. In a large bowl mix flour, salt, activated yeast and water
  4. Gently nudge the dough for 10-15 and add butter in between, Get dough into a round shape, sprinkle olive oil and cover it for 90-120 min
  5. Dough should be doubled the size, Dust your counter with flour and scrape the dough out of the bowl and gently nudge the dough for 2 min
  6. Cut the dough into 4 pieces
  7. Take the dough (if it sticks, apply more flour to your hands) and form a baguette shape. Place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle a generous amount of flour on it. Cover it with a towel. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 min.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds before baking
  9. Preheat the oven to 250 °C for 20 min (until golden crispy brown). You will need to have 2 tray in an oven. Change the position of the tray after 10 min.
