Materials
- ½ CUP Toor Dal
- 400 Ml WaterMelon Juice I used ⅓ medium size watermelon
- 1 Lemon Size Kokum / Tamarind ( Soak In 1 Cup of Water for 10 min)
- 2½ tbsp GowdaKitchen Rasam Power https://gowdakitchen.com/rasam-powder/
- 10 pcs Curry Leaves
- ¼ Cup Coriander Leave
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- ¼ tbsp Hing
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Cup Water if necessary
- 2 Pcs Dry Red Chilli
Instructions
- Add ½ Cup Toor Dal ,1½ Cup Water to Pressure Cooker
- Off the Pressure Cooker after 1 Whistle
- Blend Dal and Boil it for 5 mIn
- Squeeze 1 cup of water with Kokam
- Add Kokam Juice to Blended Dal
- After 5 min add 400ML WaterMelon Juice
- Let it Boil for 10 Min
- Add 2½ Tbsp Rasam Powder ( Gowda Kitchen Special )
- Let it Boil for 10 Min
- Add 1 Tbsp of Salt
- Prepare Tadka * Heat 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil * Add Mustard Seeds * Curry Leaves * Hing * Add Dry Red Chilli
- Add Tadka to WaterMelon Rasam and Garnish with Coriander Leaves

This is special recipe replacement for tomato and use water melon juice
